Job Overview :
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall customer service, branch leadership, branch P&L, policies, procedures, and safety protocols, and will assist in hitting sales targets. The Branch Manager oversees all facets of the branch including staffing, routing, safety, sales, and operational goals.
Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to :
- Overseeing and being accountable for operational performance, including achievement of exceptional service, quality, financial and staff performance goals.
- Ensure safety and security of facility, liability, equipment and personnel.
- Assist in oversight of human, material, and financial resources at the branch
- Assist in hiring, establishing performance goals, training and development and performance reviews.
- Analyze and interpret performance data for use in decision making and process improvement efforts.
- Anticipate and proactively prepare for issues and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Model an open-door policy and encourage discussion of differing opinions.
- Encourage exceptional client (internal & external) service and teach how to achieve it.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMust have the stamina to work 50 to 55 hours per week as needed.Armored car or transportation experience is desirable.College Education or Military experience is desirableExceptional problem-solving and management skills are required.Excellent interpersonal skills are required.A positive attitude and ability to be a positive member of a team is requiredMust have excellent observation skills and attention to detail.Excellent recall and retention of information is needed.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.Ability to work under pressure dictated by event schedules and project timetables.Ability to read, understand and interpret written and verbal instructions and reports.Physical Requirements :
