Job Description

To assist the Purchasing Unit with data entry support while learning about the process of the required documentation needed for a complete home loan purchase submission. The entry level professional must be detailed oriented and organized.

The Post Closing intern will assist with reviews of incoming purchase submissions from our lending partners and identify items omitted from submissions.

• Provide support with daily purchase reviews received to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Input loan data into loan systems for each file reviewed.
• Organize and maintain loan records and documents as received.
• Provide additional support to the Purchasing unit when communicating with external partners and required administrative duties.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science - Business Administration / Management
