Floater / On-call Front Desk Concierge Job Description.
We are seeking energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to provide outstanding service for our residents and guests in our luxury residential high-rises.
Floater Responsibilities :
- Support staffing requirements during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, holidays etc
- Assist in start-ups and new accounts
- Work special last-minute assignments
- Expect to work on weekends and holidays

Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitudeExceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodationsCultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors and contractorsProfessional telephone etiquette and message deliveryAccurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory auditsMonitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and securityAssist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including local transportation, residents’ move-ins, dinner reservations, pet walking, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, event planning, grocery and package delivery, housekeeping, etc.Ability to maintain confidentialityWalk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being metPerform all other duties as assignedMust be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidaysExperience Requirements :
