Senior Counterintelligence Specialist

Bluehawk is seeking a Senior Counterintelligence Specialist who shall perform work at designated government-owned facilities at USINDOPACOM HQ Camp H.M. Smith; USINDOPACOM JIOC, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI; and other military locations on the island of Oahu, HI. Locations also may include OCONUS & CONUS U.S. Government Controlled Facilities within the USINDOPACOM's Area of Responsibility (AOR) or their Joint Detachment (JDET) Offices in Denver, CO; Minneapolis, MN; or Ft. Worth, TX. Primary work location is Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, however government will determine based on mission requirements.

Responsibilities :

• J2X requires dedicated capacity and expertise to prepare CI analytical products in support of the Command Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (CCICA). Support includes situational awareness of the FIE threat and to coordinate, de-conflict, and synchronize theater CI activities.
• The contract employee shall conduct research on classified and unclassified systems in order to acquire all relevant and available data, create comprehensive and actionable intelligence products, and write analytical assessments related to improving DoD understanding of FIE activities, motivations, and associations.
• The contract employee shall provide CI analytical and targeting support in order to identify FIE organizations, leadership, officers, support and action agents, sources and source networks, contacts, activities, capabilities and intentions. The contract employee will also identify FIE methodology, tradecraft, communications, collection platforms, information systems, databases, and activities; and brief senior leaders on the threat. The contract employee will develop new CI Collection Requirements based on links and associations discovered, identify targeted technologies of interest to FIEs, and refine collection efforts.
