Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking experienced Insurance Defense Trial Attorneys on behalf of a prestigious national law firm for its Long Island, New York office. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established, reputable firm with strong growth potential and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Independently manage a litigation caseload, including all phases of litigation through trial.

Handle cases involving insurance defense matters such as premises liability, construction defects, personal injury , and professional liability .

Conduct depositions, court appearances, and pre-trial conferences.

Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation materials.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience focused on insurance defense matters.

Trial experience and a desire to take an active role in the courtroom.

Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Must be licensed to practice in New York and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
