Chrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We offer a variety of mental health services including medication management and interventional treatments for PTSD, depression, and other mental illnesses. We are looking for a highly motivated strategic thinker to join our team as an Revenue Cycle Manager.

The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the revenue cycle process to maximize efficiency and revenue for our organization. This role involves coordinating various functions, including billing, coding, claims processing, collections, and payment posting, to ensure the financial health of the organization. The Manager will also develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance, enhance patient satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership :

Provide leadership and direction to the revenue cycle team.

Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle processes and increase efficiency.

Oversee the billing and coding processes to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.

Manage the claims submission process, including electronic and paper claims.

Oversee the collections process to ensure timely and accurate patient payments.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and other healthcare laws.

Prepare and present regular reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management.
