We’re hiring a Safety, Health & Environmental (EHS) Manager to lead compliance, safety, and environmental programs for our client's Texas manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll shape our culture of safety, ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ regulations, and make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of our team and community.

What You’ll Do

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and procedures.

Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses (JHAs).

Lead investigations for incidents and near misses, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective action.

Manage hazardous waste and environmental reporting requirements.

Oversee emergency preparedness, training, and drills.

Communicate EHS performance metrics to leadership and collaborate across departments.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).

5–7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment .

Strong knowledge of OSHA and TCEQ compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

CSP or CHMM certification preferred.
