Board Requirements : ABEM / AOBEM preferred; ABFM, ABIM, or ABFP accepted with EM experience

The Opportunity :

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide ongoing locum tenens coverage in Northwest Ohio. Join a collegial care team at a high-volume, Level III Trauma Center with robust physician and APC support.

This assignment offers flexible scheduling, streamlined credentialing, and the full support of our concierge team to ensure a seamless locum experience.

Facility Snapshot :

Hospital Size : Regional Medical Center

Annual ED Volume : ~38,000 visits

ED Beds : 25

Trauma Designation : Level III Trauma Center

Patients per Hour : ~2.1 PPH

Coverage : 36–40 MD Hours / 28 APC Hours per Day

• EMR : Cerner

Shift Times :

7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

11 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM

11 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 PM

4 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 AM

7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

9 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Thursday–Saturday Focus : 7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a

Shift Variation : Monthly schedule adjusts based on department needs

Clinical Scope :

Full-spectrum Emergency Medicine coverage including trauma care

Work in a fast-paced environment with high acuity cases and diverse patient population

Collaborate with Hospitalists for admissions; physicians responsible for admitting orders

Supportive team environment

Candidate Requirements :

Board Certification / Eligibility :

ABEM / AOBEM (Preferred)

ABFM, ABIM, ABFP accepted with proof of 2,000+ EM hours

Licensure : Active Ohio Medical License & Unrestricted DEA

Certifications : ACLS, ATLS, PALS (BLS required for FM / IM boards)
