Job Details – ICU RN Travel Assignment Location : Lima, Ohio (zip 45801) Assignment Type : Travel nursing job Unit : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – 24-bed unit, flexes up to 36 beds Shift : 12-hour night shifts Hours per Week : 36 Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 1 / 2025, End : 2 / 28 / 2026) Scheduling : Block and self-scheduling options available Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880 - $2020 Qualifications – ICU Registered Nurse Active RN license in Ohio or compact state (required) Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (required) Dysrhythmia Exam (study guide provided) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to patient care ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification within 6 months of hire Preferred certifications : TNCC, CCRN, PCCN, RN-BC, TCRN, NIH Stroke Certification Ability to float to all levels of care within the hospital Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Key Responsibilities – ICU RN Travel Nurse Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments; develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and operate advanced life-support technology (ventilators, CRRT, IABP, Impella, ECMO) Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and manage critically ill patients with multi-system organ failure or trauma Collaborate with intensivists, residents, and hospitalist teams to deliver high-quality patient care Coordinate patient care and advocate for patient safety Educate patients and families throughout illness and treatment Participate in ongoing quality improvement and professional development initiatives Practice according to the nursing process and professional standards Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Travel ICU RN in Lima, Ohio, and take the next step in your nursing career!
