Pay : $22.14 - $28.78 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing and evaluating departmental policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, monitoring performance and encouraging professional growth.
• Coordinate services, prioritize tasks, and promote collaborative problem-solving among team members.
• Perform all duties related to the Medical Assistant role, including managing complex patient issues and situations with confidence.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and decisiveness while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
