Summary : Join our dedicated team as a Lead Medical Assistant in Electrophysiology, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our patient care by leading a talented group of professionals. You will utilize your advanced knowledge and skills while supporting departmental goals and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and evaluating departmental policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, monitoring performance and encouraging professional growth.
- Coordinate services, prioritize tasks, and promote collaborative problem-solving among team members.
- Perform all duties related to the Medical Assistant role, including managing complex patient issues and situations with confidence.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and decisiveness while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements :
Minimum Required Education : High School diploma or GED.Required Licensure / Certification : Certified or registered as a Medical Assistant (CMA / RMA).
