Role Overview
The Portfolio Manager for Claims and Future Engagements will be responsible for overseeing a strategic portfolio of claims-related initiatives and upcoming client engagements. This role ensures alignment between business objectives, delivery capabilities, and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills to drive portfolio performance and future readiness.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Seven years of experience in portfolio / program management, preferably in claims or client services. Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, client engagement models, and delivery frameworks. Proficiency in portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project, JIRA). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. PMP / PfMP or similar certification preferred.
