Structural Project Engineer - Bridge and Transportation

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Structural Project Engineer to lead the design and management of bridge and transportation structure projects. This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to mentor design teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of new bridges and bridge rehabilitation projects .
• Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and quality standards.
• Prepare contract bid documents and oversee construction phase services.
• Coordinate with subconsultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Supervise and mentor design engineers and drafting personnel.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
