Manager, Front Store Marketing Strategy Seasonal

The Manager, Front Store Marketing Strategy Seasonal, is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing plans for the seasonal business, championing moments both big and small throughout the year. This role focuses on executing impactful campaigns, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing fresh ideas to enhance the customer experience. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring seasonal initiatives to life and will play a key role in managing and growing our new store brand, Joyward.
Responsibilities
- Execute seasonal marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand standards.
- Integrate storytelling techniques into campaign execution, ensuring each seasonal initiative communicates a clear, engaging narrative that resonates with customers and reinforces brand values.
- Support the development of business cases and marketing plans by leveraging customer insights, business data, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in adapting strategies to evolving seasonal trends and emerging opportunities, contributing ideas for campaign innovation and improvement.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future optimizations.
Brand Management
Identify and pursue net new opportunities to grow the Joyward brand, including developing brand roadmaps and collaborating with merchandising partners to inform product decisions and support successful collection launches and / or pilots.Craft and communicate compelling brand stories that connect with customers and bring the Joyward brand to life across all marketing channels.Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure all campaigns and product collections are anchored in a strong, consistent narrative.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with merchandising, creative, media, analytics, and channel teams to execute seasonal initiatives.Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and results to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.Build collaborative relationships across the marketing and merchandising organization to drive results.Project and Time Management
Effectively prioritize tasks to maximize impact, adjusting as needed based on business needs and seasonal opportunities.Manage project timelines and deliverables, escalating issues when necessary to keep work moving forward.Required Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in brand management, retail or consumer marketing.2+ years of retail marketing or retail agency / strategy experience.Experience supporting campaign execution and working cross-functionally.Exposure to digital marketing and campaign measurement.Strong organizational and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $66,330.00 - $145,860.00
