Psychologist, LCSW, or Licensed Master's Counselor -Full or Part-Time Openings Available

Pinellas Anxiety Specialists, a small but growing private practice in Palm Harbor, is looking for a full-time Psychologist, Counselor, LMFT, or Social Worker to join our practice.

Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Florida (unfortunately we are not set up to provide supervision for RMHCIs).

We are happy to help panel applicants who are not yet credentialed as we are an insurance-based practice. The good news is we have admins who handle all insurance issues that arise, so you can focus on the clinical work that you are trained to do.

Who really wants to spend time following up on claims? Our goal is that you are free of most of the administrative hassles so you can focus on what you WANT to do, treat patients.

We are currently giving preference to therapists with niche(s) in couples, trauma, and EMDR, though we would welcome therapists of other niches as well.

Compensation is a percentage based on income received and paid out twice monthly. Pinellas Anxiety Specialists provides a steady stream of referrals with no requirement for marketing assistance from team members.

The candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and flexible.

I am very receptive to feedback from my clinicians to help make their work experience as pleasant as possible. Our goal is excellent patient care with as little hassle as possible.

As an independent contractor, you will be able to set your schedule and how many clients you are willing to accept, though the preference is to schedule around 20-25 patients per week.

• Marketing and referrals
• Competitive compensation split
• An administrative assistant who answers calls, schedules intake appointments, verifies insurance benefits, follows up with patients when needed, etc.

• Sign-on bonus for select certifications (EMDR or Gottman)

Compensation : $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Individual therapy with a population of your ideal clients
• Maintain paperwork to ethical standards
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week

Qualifications : Requirements are :

• Current State of Florida license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
• Willing to work 20 hours per week or more
• Paneled with insurance a plus
• Prior private practice experience is a plus
