Laborer - CDL

SUMMARY CEI, a company within the BSNC family, is currently seeking a qualified Laborer - CDL for LANL C-2541. The ideal candidate will possess a Class A CDL and operate a dump truck as needed, as well as operate a variety of heavy machinery used in construction, excavation, and other related activities. This role requires a strong focus on safety, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with project teams to ensure efficient completion of tasks. • Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of waterlines and related infrastructure.
• Perform manual labor such as digging, trenching, backfilling, and grading.
• Operate hand and power tools, such as shovels, picks, compactors, and jackhammers.
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, unloading materials, and setting up equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and supplies.
• Assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed.
• Identify and report potential hazards or issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
• Utilize a Commercial Driver’s License to operate a dump truck occasionally and as needed, along with all duties and responsibilities of operating a commercial vehicle, including securing of loads, inspection of vehicle, and strict compliance with all safety rules and regulations. • Commercial Driver’s License- Class A (required)
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment (required)
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, blueprints, and project plans (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
