A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Assist clients with claims, doctor changes, and inquiries
Maintain accurate records of conversations in the call center database
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
Bilingual (Required)
Customer service experience
Willingness to learn and adapt
Compassion and a strong work ethic
