Shift : 6pm - 6am, 2-2-3 schedule

S UMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Sanitation Specialist is responsible for the detailed cleaning of the baking equipment and structures in a food manufacturing environment using specialized equipment and techniques . Sanitation cleans up after production shifts by breaking down the production equipment, scrub, scrape, wash, and sanitize .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Equipment Cleaning
• Facility structure cleaning

Walls and ceilings at heights
