Position : Special Needs Specialist

As a Special Needs Specialist, you'll play a key role in empowering our participants to lead fulfilling, self-directed lives. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting with daily living tasks to promote independence
• Encouraging personal growth and social skills development
• Supporting individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations
• Providing compassionate care and fostering a sense of community

You'll work closely with participants to guide them in setting and reaching personal objectives while helping them gain more independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Part-time : $17.50 / hr
