Shifts : Weekdays with on-call responsibilities
Job Summary : The Director of Nursing is a pivotal member of the Leadership Team, responsible for spearheading the development of a culture of compassion and excellence within our organization.
This role entails providing clinical leadership, overseeing all aspects of resident care, fostering teamwork amongst staff, and promoting clinical and educational development.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the nursing team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional growth & development.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and healthcare professionals.
- Manage budgetary resources effectively, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willing to obtain BSN within two years
- Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensed in the State of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in nursing, including three years in a leadership role
- Experience with individuals with multiple complexities and / or chronic health conditions is preferred.
- Experience in pediatrics and / or long-term care is highly preferred.
