Job description5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor Proven track record on $100MM+ projects Strong knowledge of the construction processes, codes & safety standards Exceptional leadership, communication & problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) OSHA certification preferred Lead on-site construction activities from ground-breaking to project completion Manage subcontractors, trades & field staff to ensure quality, safety & timelines Oversee daily site operations, scheduling & inspections Collaborate with Project Managers & Owners for seamless communication Maintain rigorous safety standards and regulatory compliance Track project milestones, budgets & change orders Represent our company’s values on-site High-visibility projects that shape one of the world’s most dynamic cities People-first culture — leadership is hands-on, decisions are transparent Commitment to sustainability & next-gen building technology
