Senior Property Accountant – Commercial Real Estate

Location : Miami, FL (On-site)

Compensation : $85,000 – $95,000 base salary + benefits + bonus opportunity

Our client, a well-established Commercial Real Estate company based in Miami, is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take ownership of a diverse real estate portfolio and play a key role in the financial operations of a respected firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property-level accounting for a portfolio of commercial assets, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and tenant ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions related to assigned properties.
• Assist with annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and forecasting.
• Partner with asset management and property management teams to provide financial insight and support operational decisions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications
