Associate Attorney

InfraHire is looking for a Associate Attorney in Virginia Beach, VA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, and civil litigation . Experience in real estate, title, or business law is highly desirable. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys, manage client relationships, and gain valuable hands-on experience in diverse practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in estate and trust matters, litigation, and related legal proceedings.

Draft, review, and analyze legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.

Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned counsel to clients and senior attorneys.

Manage client files, deadlines, and case strategy with exceptional attention to detail.

Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.

Participate in business development and maintain strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

Admitted and in good standing to practice law in Virginia (required); admission in additional jurisdictions is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in estate and trust planning, administration, and civil litigation .

Strong knowledge of real estate, title, or business law preferred.

Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills .

Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management abilities .

Proficiency in legal technology and document management systems.

Commitment to high ethical standards and professional growth.
