What You'll DoStrategically source, identify, and engage top physician talent nationwide.Use social media platforms (especially LinkedIn ) and innovative AI-driven sourcing tools to build pipelines.Conduct direct outreach and personalized communications to engage physicians and advanced practice providers.Contribute creative ideas and new tools to elevate our outreach and candidate experience.?? What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in physician recruiting or healthcare marketingProficiency across major social media platformsAI-forward thinker – curious and comfortable using emerging tools for talent sourcing and engagement.Confident communicator — skilled in crafting personalized outreach messages.Collaborative and team-oriented, but able to work independently and manage priorities.Available to work at least 70% on-site in our Scottsdale office (Scottsdale & Shea) for the first 3 months (flexibility after ramp-up and proof of success execution and self motivated).Open to full-time or part-time W-2 or 1099 arrangement.??
