Hansen Tire & Truck Repair is looking to hire a Tire Technician.

Key Responsibilities :

Tire Installation :

Mount and balance tires on rims, ensuring proper alignment and fitment.

• Install and secure tires onto vehicles using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Properly torque lug nuts or bolts to manufacturer specifications.

Tire Maintenance :

Inspect tires for signs of wear, damage, and punctures.

Tire Repair :

Repair flat or damaged tires by patching or plugging punctures.

Tire Replacement :

Remove worn or damaged tires from rims and dispose of them properly.

Customer Interaction :

Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Equipment Maintenance :

Maintain and calibrate tire mounting and balancing equipment.

Safety and Compliance :

Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with tires and equipment.

Qualifications :

Tire Technicians are essential in ensuring the safety and performance of vehicles by properly servicing their tires. They must possess expertise in tire installation, maintenance, and repair techniques, as well as strong customer service skills to assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles and needs.
