Job descriptionBusiness Development Center (BDC) Agent will be responsible for handling incoming sales phone calls and internet leads. Assisting the customer through the purchase process serving as a guide and point of contact, from confirming sales appointments to performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers. Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person) Manage Internet sales leads Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance. Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills. Possess a courteous, friendly, and outgoing demeanor. Ability to speak and communicate clearly. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and able to submit to a driving record check. Weekend availability Powered by JazzHR
