🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Handle 40–50 inbound calls daily about homeowner claims.
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues.
  • Be the calm in the storm — manage escalated calls with professionalism.
  • Liaise between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor.
  • Document everything clearly in our claims system.
  • Make outbound calls when needed.
  • ✅ What You Bring

  • 📱 Working cellphone (for dual authentication)
  • 📞 1–2 years of call center experience (claims, insurance, or escalations preferred)
  • 💪 Thick skin — you’ll be handling tough conversations
  • 🧠 Strong PC navigation and typing skills (35+ WPM)
  • ✍️ Excellent verbal and written communication
  • 🚗 Reliable transportation
  • 💡 Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Insurance, mortgage, or auto claims
  • Experience with Medicaid / Medicare callers
  • Bilingual (Spanish) — earn $19.50 / hr!
  • 🕒 Schedule & Training

  • 🏫 Training : Nov 12 – Dec 9 | 8 : 30 AM – 5 PM (On-site)
  • 🚀 Nesting : Dec 10 – Jan 7
  • 🏠 Hybrid Eligible : Starting February (based on performance)
  • ⏰ Shifts : 9 : 30 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 6 : 30 PM | Mon–Fri

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50 / hr.
