Job descriptionSupport media outreach by building and updating media lists, pitching stories, and tracking coverage. Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Enter and confirm product sample requests. Vet and respond to inbound influencer and media inquiries. Assist in creating press releases, pitches, media alerts, bios, and other communications materials. Support vendor research as needed and monitor competitor activity. Familiarity with Cision, Coverage Book, Muck Rack, TV Eyes, Creator IQ, or comparable platforms to pull placements and upload into client reports. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of PR agency experience in the consumer goods industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for staying ahead of trends. Overview
Brilliant, a fully integrated agency, is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to support the agency’s earned influencer, media and brand campaign team. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of full-time agency experience in consumer products PR or integrated marketing. This is a fully remote position.
Base pay range
$45,000.00 / yr - $53,000.00 / yr

- Assist with drafting client updates, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Participate in client calls and meetings, taking detailed notes.
