We have an opportunity for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for developing and deploying world-class content and marketing communications to support the growth of the Pentair Pool business with direct responsibility for campaign and product launch content development, management, and execution. This role is aligned to the product categories of Heaters, Lights, and Water Features and requires expertise in content and communication deployment for online / offline content, content optimization, brand consistency, and analytics. This role reports to the Pool Business Unit Content Lead for Automation and Sanitizers and partners with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales.

You Will

• Collaborate with internal team members, stakeholders, and product experts to write compelling content for multiple categories and channels.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and other departments to ensure content is engaging and consistent across mediums.
• Execute category content initiatives including briefing, research insights, creation and writing, design and development of campaigns.
• Manage content for Heaters, Lights, and Water Features; support other categories as needed.
• Suggest tools, processes, and frameworks to support content objectives and develop best practices.
• Manage and report on content KPIs to align with business and marketing objectives.
• Curate and syndicate content across relevant channels in partnership with brand and marketing teams.
• Plan, develop and execute campaign-owned, paid, and earned content.
• Coordinate with insourced / outsourced partners on product photography and videography.
• Adhere to Pentair’s content marketing strategy, brand guidelines, and style guide.
• Proofread and edit deliverables, manage revisions and reviews.
• Collaborate with strategic marketing and design to develop concepts and bring them to life with functional partners.
• Initiate and manage digital and video requests across multiple categories.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Key Qualifications

Compensation

For this full-time position at this location, the anticipated base pay range is $61,200 – $113,600 per year. Actual compensation will reflect experience, education, location, and other business needs. Eligible for other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus.
