Overview

Lumicera Health Solutions is seeking a UI / UX designer to join our team! The UI / UX Designer ensures efforts are in alignment with our customer focused efforts within the CX / DX department. The UI / UX Designer will help envision, design, and create prototypes of positive customer interactions. Wireframes, prototypes, and visually pleasing designs will be key functions of this role. The UI / UX Designer will utilize design thinking approaches in combination with graphic design principles to influence and create visually stunning, pleasant experiences for the customers we serve both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Apply voice of the customer (VoC) research to interface and graphic designs
• Produce wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
• Research customer interactions and apply techniques to improve the customer experience through interface and graphic design
• Ensure navigational interactions with digital products remains a delightful customer experience
• Work directly with product-oriented delivery teams to build interactive wireframes and provide interface designs to their backlog of development work
• Collaborate directly with the compliance team to integrate accessibility and ensure designs are built in accordance with 508 compliance standards
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to maintain proper branding on designs
• Conduct experience tests to determine meaningful implementation of new features
• Assist with the design of dashboards and / or team pages
• Other duties as assigned
