Compensation : $52 - $55 hourly

About the Role : Growing maritime client located in Spring is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the team on a project basis. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our compensation practices, supporting HR and recruiting in aligning pay practices with job design, and maintaining data integrity. You'll partner closely with the broader HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure benchmarks, job architecture, and incentive programs are current and aligned with our compensation philosophy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct job benchmarking using market data and internal leveling
• Review and refine job descriptions in collaboration with HR and business leaders
• Clean and organize compensation-related data for accuracy and reporting
• Assist in the preparation and administration of incentive compensation letters
• Support the development and improvement of compensation policies and procedures
• Collaborate with HRBPs and recruiters to align compensation recommendations with company guidelines
• Provide ad hoc compensation analysis and reporting as needed
