Role Description

As an Estimator III, you will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed cost estimates for water infrastructure projects. Key tasks include reviewing project specifications, preparing cost breakdowns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing materials and labor costs, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pinehurst, TX.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Strong experience in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and contracts
• Technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
• Ability to use specialized estimating software and tools effectively
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in water infrastructure or civil construction projects is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Pinehurst, TX
