• Seeking a paralegal fluent in Spanish - this is an absolute requirement.
• You must have at least 3 years of family law experience that is relatively recent. No exceptions.
• We will not respond to applicants without who are not fluent in Spanish, or do not have 3 solid years of family law experience.

Ayo and Iken is seeking to fill a bilingual (preferred) paralegal position in our New Port Richey office. This position will be assigned to attorneys either on-site or off-site. You must have significant experience in family law as a paralegal and have knowledge of local procedures. Compensation will be extremely competitive. We have a large, friendly team that shows the highest level of camaraderie. Our technology is cutting-edge. And we invest time and money into our team members by frequently providing training and mentorship.

Compensation will be between 50K and 74K per year and is highly dependent on experience. Expect a very competitive package. Benefits include a paid Telemedicine program, subsidized health insurance, and a liberal leave policy.

Looking for the type of person who independently ensures the completion of mandatory disclosure, routine case flow, file prep and organization, and monitoring the calendar for upcoming needs. Experience is mandatory - this is not a training position. We are looking for someone that can help our firm project a sharp, organized, professional appearance to the public. We are not accepting trainees or career changers. You must be familiar with all procedures and be ready to hit the ground running.
