ABOUT THE POSITION

Geomatics Manager - Williamsburg, VA or Richmond, VA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geomatics Manager to lead our Survey / Geomatics team based in Williamsburg, Virginia . This leadership role will guide the strategic growth of our geomatics practice across private and federal markets. The position offers a blend of office-based responsibilities, remote flexibility, and field work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Service Line Leadership

Lead and execute service line strategies in alignment with VHB's regional and company-wide goals.

• Identify opportunities for new services, technologies, and market growth within the geomatics discipline.
• Collaborate with local and regional leadership to drive key hires, client development, and technical excellence.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure operational efficiency within the Williamsburg Survey / Geomatics group.
