Key Responsibilities :
Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
Partner with HR and business leaders to execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and oversee full-cycle recruiting for select roles
Qualifications :
7+ years of recruiting experience, including team leadership or management
Experience recruiting for technical and professional roles, preferably in engineering or related fields
Demonstrated experience in building or scaling recruiting functions
Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
