Compensation : $65,000 - $80,000 annually

About the Role :

A leading civil engineering and land development firm is seeking a CAD Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D to support high-impact land development and infrastructure projects across Texas. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, thrives in a collaborative team, and enjoys turning concepts into precise, build-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Produce detailed civil design and construction drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Support engineers on grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout design
• Maintain and apply drawing standards, templates, and design best practices
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project documentation and ensure quality control
