Strategy & Finance Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Strategy & Finance Specialist to drive operational excellence and strategic planning within our team. This role involves managing internal communications, overseeing operations, and supporting resource allocation. The specialist will play a crucial role in developing / integrating it into key forums, as well as leading marketing investment analytics and research projects.

Responsibilities :

• Lead internal communications, including team meetings, distribution lists, org charts, and regional weekly highlights.
• Manage operations for the in-house creative agency, including tech inventory and supplies.
• Handle ad hoc assignments, including marketing investment analytics and other value-added research projects such as consumer media trends and sports betting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop the monthly performance report, set targets, and track KPIs.
• Coordinate with external partners to manage contractor workforce and lead operational strategy and organizational design for Connections.

This is a contract to hire position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
