General Manager

Job Description

The Judge Group is seeking an Operations Manager (Demolition, Recycling or possibly Construction experience) for our client in their Mobile, AL area operations. The qualified individual will have 5+ years of experience in a Demolition, Recycling or possibly Construction experience setting.

COMPENSATION : $90k to 100k plus bonus

MUST HAVE : 5+ years of experience in a Demolition, Recycling or possibly Construction experience setting.

MUST HAVE : Experience with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, ANSI, State and Local rules

MUST HAVE : Must have experience making and maintaining production schedules

MUST HAVE : Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and be a motivated Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Serve in a key leadership role in the operation

Optimizing the operations through optimizing employee hours based on production needs

Oversee production schedules, work with logistics and finance teams and support human resources

Set performance expectations and assign tasks

Resolve conflicts

Ensure quality standards are met

Identify cost-saving opportunities

Prepare reports to corporate entities

Knowledge of handling scrap metal and recyclable materials
