Director Enterprise Credit Services
The Director of Enterprise Credit Services provides direct leadership to team members responsible for centralized credit functions including policy, procedure and process management, covenant compliance, collateral oversight, and credit reporting. This position also serves as the sponsor of a credit cohort program focused on cultivating leadership, collaboration, and innovation among high-potential credit professionals through structured development, mentorship, and cross-functional initiatives.

Directors are pivotal in fostering a high-performing, customer-centric team culture.

TRAVEL REQUIRED : 0% - 25%
COMPENSATION : $111,561.00 to $221,093.00 base salary plus potential for variable compensation. Base pay is determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Farm Credit Mid-America / Rural 1st may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.
How You Will Spend Your Time
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in agriculture, business or related field. 5 years experience building foundational leadership skills, understands team responsibilities, and develops emerging competence in leadership practices, coaching, decision-making, and technical mastery to effectively support their team and achieve operational goals.
Mental & Physical Requirements
While engaged in this position, team members will routinely sit, use hands for tasks, and communicate orally. Standing or walking is frequently required, while occasional demands include reaching with hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to ten pounds.
