Dental Assistant / RDA – Quality Focused Private Practice

Irvine, CA | Part-Time | Competitive Pay | FFS Office

Dentistry Bliss, a small and highly personalized fee-for-service dental office in Irvine, CA, is looking for a reliable and experienced Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We focus on quality over quantity and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a calm, team-oriented environment.

Schedule : Part-time : 2–3 days per week. Please apply if you can work any of the following days :

Monday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Tuesday : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
Wednesday or Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Compensation & Benefits :

$25-30 per hour, based on experience

Opportunity for annual bonuses

Duties Include :

General chairside assisting during dental procedures

Room setup and breakdown

Sterilization and infection control

Supporting clinical flow and patient comfort

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant or RDA

Friendly, proactive, and dependable

Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Punctual, organized, and committed to high-quality care
