The Resource Exchange
Position Title : Enrollment Support Coordinator
Department : CMA Operations and Communication
Reports to : Service Coordinator Supervisor
FLSA : Non-exempt
Supervisor responsibilities : N / A
Starting Rate : $21.15- $21.96 per hour

General Description
Team members needed to complete administrative tasks for Enrollment Coordinators. Coordinators will work alongside Service Coordinators to support people of all ages with long term care needs within a highly regulatory environment. Support Coordinators must build rapport with Service Coordinators to help process information, teach and follow up with detailed tasks. Must be adaptable to change and have the ability to produce quality work in a variety of environments and locations against multiple deadlines. This job requires high comfort with technology, adaptability to people and systems, and a commitment for helping others.

Education and Experience Requirements :
Minimum : A bachelor's level degree of education, five (5) years of experience in the field of human services, or some combination of education and experience appropriate to the requirements of the position. (experience must be specifically documented and verifiable on your application.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong advocacy skills.
Preferred : Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in Sociology, Psychology, Education, Human Services or other closely related field. At least one-year experience in a case management environment. Experience working with families and community resources; knowledge of family dynamics and resource development. Working knowledge of Medicaid Waiver programs and requirements; experience working with people in a community, employment or recreational setting.
Material and Equipment Directly Used : Computers, Printers, Copy Machines, Personal Vehicle, Surface Pro / tablets / Laptops, Cell phones, etc.
Working Environment / Physical Activities : Office and Community Sites. Moderate physical activity required. Frequent sitting and standing. A working vehicle, valid CO drivers license (unless active Military family), and minimum insurance levels required ($100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000 liability coverage recommended)
