Territory Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Calibration Sales team. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in their assigned territory (Gulf States - FL, MS, AL, TN, LA, IA, AR, MO, and Puerto Rico) by developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, distributors, and reps and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Drive new bookings by creating end-user demand, strategically planning territory coverage with partners, and implementing strategies for rapid market share growth.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong business insight, and the ability to influence, organize, and build demand, relationships, and winning strategies.
- Actively promote Fluke products to achieve sales quotas through relationship building, training, support, and end-user engagement.
- Develop expertise as the local authority on Fluke products, solutions, and applications.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, and address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records with daily updates and manage the sales pipeline through consistent prospect follow-up.
- Combine technical knowledge with persuasive communication skills to effectively position Fluke solutions.
- Work remotely from a home office while traveling to customer sites within the territory (approx. 50%).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users by offering tailored solutions using Fluke's equipment, software, and services.
- Leverage internal Fluke support teams to maximize territory growth and customer success.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the calibration industry, selling technical solutionsideally with expertise in metrology applications OR Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with Fluke Calibration precision lab equipment (e.g., multifunction calibrators, piston gauges, gas flow systems, etc.)Bachelor's degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets within an assigned territory.Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service and support.Solid technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developmentsMust live within assigned geography (FL, MS, AL, TN, LA, IA, AR, MO)Preferred Qualifications :
