Community Living, Inc. is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Director of Maintenance to join our leadership team!
This position plays a key role in keeping our agency's facilities and vehicles safe, function, and well-maintained so that our staff can continue providing support to the participants we serve.
Full Time :
- 40 Hrs / week Various locations around St.
- Charles County What You’ll Do Oversee and perform property and vehicle maintenance (carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, painting, etc.) Manage the Maintenance Technician and direct subcontractors on larger projects Coordinate lawn care, snow removal, and long-term maintenance planning Handle vehicle fleet management, including accident investigations and insurance coordination Maintain records using our maintenance software and participate in safety committees What We’re Looking For High school diploma required (Associate’s or HVAC / technical certification preferred) 5+ years of experience in property management or facility maintenance Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on maintenance work Why Work With Us At Community Living, you’ll join a respected nonprofit that helps people with disabilities live, learn, and work in our community.
