Office Administration Support When security-related workload is light, the FSO will assist with general administrative and facility coordination tasks to support the daily operations of the Fairfax office, including :
- Acting as the primary point of contact at reception, greeting visitors, coordinating access, and ensuring proper sign-in / out procedures.

Receiving and distributing mail, courier packages, and official correspondence, ensuring timely routing to relevant departments.Coordinating deliveries and facility service appointments, including building maintenance, cleaning, and equipment servicing.Maintaining organized filing systems (physical and digital), ensuring sensitive and administrative records are properly catalogued.Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements as needed, maintaining inventory control.Assisting with workspace organization, meeting room preparation, and general facility upkeep.Supporting document logistics for project teams, such as notarizations, scanning, and controlled storage.Coordinating logistics for company meetings, visits, and occasional travel-related arrangements.Qualifications :
U.S.citizenship required.
Active Secret-level Personnel Clearance (PCL) required; must be eligible and willing to upgrade to Top Secret.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Security Officer or in a similar industrial security role.Working knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA processes, DISS, and NISS.Experience with FOCI mitigation and DCSA communication strongly preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
