Onboarding Specialist

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to promote and educate patients on medication management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key health information

Accurately enter patient prescription information and achieve performance metrics

Educate patients and facilities about services, manage patient assessments, and conduct follow-up calls

Required Qualifications

Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred

Home internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload speed

Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11 : 30 AM to 8 : 00 PM EST, with occasional Saturdays

Minimum of 6 months in the current role and completion of training sessions
