Product Analyst-Gen AI

As a GenAI Product Analyst, you will support the development and delivery of innovative Generative AI solutions that address complex business challenges. • ?? Key Responsibilities
• Establish product performance baselines, define OKRs, and set goals aligned with strategic outcomes.
• Advocate for customer needs in shaping digital solutions and product vision that deliver business value.
• Conduct user research to identify personas, pain points, and journeys; apply A / B testing, concept testing, and data analysis to inform product development.
• Prioritize product features across delivery teams based on commercial, user, and strategic priorities; maintain documentation including feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Analyze emerging trends in technology, products, markets, and competitors to guide product direction and roadmap.
• Champion the MVP approach, focusing on feasible, viable, and desirable solutions.
• Balance competing priorities such as business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, test, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead development of business cases, operating plans, and proposals for new initiatives.
• Monitor and communicate progress through regular KPI reporting.
• ? Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience launching data-driven digital products or features and aligning product vision with strategic goals.
• Strong background in user research and data analysis to inform product decisions.
• Familiarity with LEAN and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience analyzing market and industry trends and conducting competitor analysis.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and methods.
• Experience in sprint planning, epic and user story development, and backlog management.
• Collaborative mindset with experience in agile / scrum development environments.
• Strong time management and ability to thrive in fast-paced, service-oriented settings.
• Self-motivated with a knack for independent initiative and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies, especially in AI and Generative AI.
