RN/LPN Home Care
Seeking a few RNs or LPNs to help with our In-Home Nursing department in the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our In-Home nursing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.
Pay Range : $45,000 - $60,000
Availability : Full Time, Days

Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care : Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
- May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
- Provide instruction / Education on Medication when needed
- Follow state approved care plan
- Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
- Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
Requirements
- Active nursing license for Missouri or compact
- In Home experience preferred
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
