About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in peptides and health products. This role requires a hands-on operator a strong communicator and an intrapreneurial leader who can build processes streamline operations and help scale the business.
You will manage day-to-day operations improve systems support financial oversight and ensure the company runs efficiently and profitably. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys creating structure building SOPs and leading cross-functional improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Management (40%)
- Build and manage company-wide operating systems policies and procedures
- Develop strategic plans and translate them into executable operational processes
- Create performance metrics dashboards and KPIs to track business goals
- Lead operational initiatives that support company growth and expansion efforts
Process Improvement & Technology Optimization (35%)
Identify and implement automation and workflow improvements across departmentsEvaluate new tools and systems to enhance efficiency and scalabilityDevelop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistencyPartner with leadership to remove bottlenecks and drive continuous improvementFinancial & Administrative Oversight (15%)
Monitor budgets financial reports vendor agreements and billing accuracyAssist with expense management and identify cost-saving opportunitiesSupport profit and loss (P&L) monitoring to ensure profitability targets are metMaintain accurate documentation and operational complianceReporting & Data Analysis (10%)
Prepare operational and performance reports for executive reviewUse data-driven insights to optimize workflows and processesMonitor operational KPIs and analyze business trendsSupport decision-making through consistent reporting and analysisAdditional Duties
Support hiring onboarding and employee performance managementEnsure strong communication and alignment across departmentsFoster accountability through weekly and monthly operational reviewsWork closely with leadership on strategic planning and executionCommunicate with remote teams using Slack CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeQualifications
3 years of experience in operations business management or e-commerce operationsStrong understanding of operational systems SOP development and workflow optimizationExperience in health products supplements or e-commerce a plusExcellent communication analytical and organizational skillsAbility to lead initiatives manage multiple priorities and solve complex problemsKnowledge of Slack CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits
