Job description
What does an with Paul Davis do?
  • Fields calls from customers and team members and build rapport
  • Maintain accounting files
  • Sort mail
  • Problem solves and helps people find solutions
  • Enters payables & receivables into accounting database
  • Collecting on past due invoices from customers
  • Make daily deposits
  • Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, Insurance Certificates
  • Has fun and is part of a growing business
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
