Compensation : $23.00 / hr to $25.00 / hr

Program Hours : 20 to 30 hours

Supervisory Responsibility : None

Position Summary

The part-time database administrator / assistant will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of an organization's donor database. This role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy, which directly supports fundraising, communication, and reporting efforts. They work closely with development, finance, and other teams to ensure that all data is current, correct, and accessible. This position reports to Development Manager and CDO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Data Entry and Management :

• Process and enter donations, donor information, and other constituent data into the database promptly and accurately. Update and maintain existing records to ensure contact and biographical information is current.

Work Environment

Work site is located in a building shared with a school for students (grades K–12

th

) who have varying degrees of learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental disabilities. Employee may encounter students who are in crisis, exhibiting emotional / psychological distress, or behaving in an aggressive manner. Environment may include frequent interruptions, loud noise, odors, varying indoor temperature, and drafts. May encounter inclement weather when traveling for ECF business.
