About the Opportunity

As part of EY's Oracle Services practice, you'll play a crucial role in assisting national consulting efforts by planning, delivering, and managing robust application implementations. Our Oracle Applications and Technology Services within the COE are designed to support office areas by providing innovative solutions utilizing the technical capabilities of Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications. This role involves advising clients on how to effectively implement the core applications and technologies essential for their operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this managerial position, you will lead high-quality process management and project delivery, emphasizing quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include :

  • Ensuring billable work to external clients.
  • Leading workstream delivery with a strategic approach.
  • Managing project status and overseeing the completion of deliverables.
  • Participating actively in client sessions and leading project phases from planning to execution.
  • Identifying service opportunities to drive sales.
  • Leading responses to RFPs and managing engagement economics.
  • Executing resource planning within budget constraints.

  • Collaboration with client technology professionals and third-party alliances to implement technology solutions.

  • Architecting technology solutions focused on data integration and flow across multi-vendor applications.
  • Developing and mentoring team members, promoting responsibility and individual contribution.
  • Generating new business opportunities through an understanding of EY’s service offerings.
  • Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
  • Managing a team through all phases of the technology lifecycle including requirements definition and testing.
  • Effective communication with senior and mid-level management in supply chain and technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, application integration, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in software development and business requirements analysis.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
  • Digital fluency and emotional agility.

    • Qualifications

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree is required, with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in SCM / ERP application implementations as a Technical Lead or Application Development Lead, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • 2-3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS Applications focusing on related modules.
  • Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST, and SOAP.
  • Proven proficiency in integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud or MuleSoft.
  • Familiarity with Oracle’s methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with technical writing expertise.
  • Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time.

    • Ideally, You Will Also Have

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field (MBA or MS preferred).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
